Het vraagstuk over ons dagelijks eten

Theaterdirecteur en directievoorzitter van de Cultuurfabriek Harry Vermeulen is enthousiast over het thema en programma: “Veel mensen zijn bezig met het vraagstuk over ons dagelijks eten en drinken, waar dat vandaan komt en hoe het -ook in de toekomst- geproduceerd moet worden. Niet alleen wereldwijd, maar ook in onze directe omgeving. De verhalen, emoties en denkbeelden over ons voedsel geven we graag -letterlijk- een podium op onze Noordkade, een plek waar voedsel in het DNA zit. Bijzondere theatermakers, kunstenaars, musici en ‘chefs’ nemen je 12 dagen lang mee in hún inspirerende en soms kritische kijk op voedsel. Je komt toch ook?”   

BIJT! is een initiatief van de samenwerkende partijen binnen de Cultuurfabriek op de Noordkade; De Compagnie, Cultuur Haven Veghel, Phoenix Cultuur en Theater aan de Noordkade, De Blauwe Kei. BIJT! wordt mede mogelijk gemaakt door Brabant C, VSB fonds en Prins Bernhard Cultuurfonds.
